WOODWORK
All the preparation is the same, the only thing different is the exceptional finish. All of your woodwork will still be sanded, filled and caulked but will be finished with a spray finish where applicable (generally in an empty property), this will give you a finish on your skirtings, architraves, windows and doors that you haven't seen before.
